Acceptable Use Policy

Zero-tolerance violations
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited. Any suspected violations are removed immediately, the account is terminated, and Ollage, LLC reports to law enforcement and relevant authorities. Evidence is preserved as required by law.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any depiction of minors in sexual, abusive, or exploitative situations — whether photographic, video, or AI-generated — is prohibited under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252 and 2252A. Immediate report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Account termination. If you encounter suspected CSAM, report it immediately via the in-app Report button or contact [email protected].
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). Content shared without the consent of the person depicted — including "revenge porn," non-consensual deepfakes of real people, and any intimate image posted without verifiable consent — is prohibited and removed on request. 24-hour removal target. Use the take-it-down form or content-removal form to report.
- AI-generated sexual deepfakes of real, identifiable people. AI content depicting real, named individuals in sexual situations without their explicit written consent is prohibited, regardless of whether the person consents in real life. No exceptions for parody, satire, or transformative use.
Age and verification
- Access Ollage only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By accessing the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
- Do not help, facilitate, or encourage anyone under 18 to access Ollage, circumvent age verification, or obtain restricted content.
- Do not bypass, disable, or tamper with age verification mechanisms, authentication, signed media URLs, rate limits, or other security controls.
Consent and depicted-person protection
- Creator-sourced content: If you upload, post, or link content to Ollage, you represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal right to do so; (b) every person depicted (over 18) has verifiable, informed consent to appear in the content; and (c) you will not post non-consensual intimate imagery under any circumstances.
- Re-hosted content: Ollage aggregates clips from third-party creator platforms (e.g., RedGifs). The original creators on those platforms bear responsibility for obtaining consent from all depicted individuals. Ollage honors removal requests for any clip, even if posted by the original creator elsewhere. Use the removal form to request takedown.
- Depicted-person removal right: If you appear in content on Ollage without your consent, or if a creator cannot produce evidence of your consent, use the take-it-down form to request immediate removal. 24-hour target for response.
Prohibited content
Ollage does not permit:
- Violence, real-world harm, and illegal content: Gore, graphic violence, murder, torture, snuff content, animal cruelty, content depicting actual crimes, or encouragement of violence or illegal conduct.
- Incest. Any content depicting incestuous acts between family members, whether real or simulated.
- Bestiality. Any sexual content involving animals, real or simulated.
- Non-consensual sexual acts. Any depiction of sexual assault, rape, coercion, drugging, blackmail, or any sexual activity without ongoing, enthusiastic consent.
- Trafficking and exploitation. Content depicting human trafficking, sex trafficking, labor trafficking, debt bondage, or any form of exploitation or coercion for sexual or commercial purpose.
- Hate speech and harassment. Content that attacks individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status), or that incites violence or discrimination against protected classes. This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, calls for segregation, or promotion of supremacist ideologies.
- Doxxing and non-consensual personal disclosure. Publishing private personal information (name, address, workplace, phone number, family members, etc.) with the intent to harass, threaten, or enable targeting of a person.
- Impersonation. Posing as another person, organization, or entity to deceive or defraud others, or claiming a creator profile/username that is not yours.
- Scat and urolagnia. Only where explicitly prohibited by the source platform (e.g., RedGifs). Ollage defers to source-platform policies and removes content on request.
Spam, automation, and abuse
- Do not engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, mass friending, or other spam tactics.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, automation tools, or scripts to bulk-download, republish, or manipulate content or user data without explicit written permission.
- Do not harvest, scrape, or index Ollage content or metadata without permission.
- Do not engage in unauthorized commercial use, monetization, or resale of Ollage content.
- Do not solicit users on or off Ollage to produce, exchange, or view content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or other prohibited material.
Infrastructure and security
- Do not upload, transmit, or introduce malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code to Ollage.
- Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, degrade, or interfere with Ollage's infrastructure, security systems, or services.
- Do not interfere with another user's access, account, or experience on Ollage.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, access controls, or technical measures designed to protect Ollage's systems or users.
AI-generated content
- Ollage AI creators are labeled. All AI-generated (virtual) creators on Ollage are clearly marked as such. Our AI personas are disclosed in their profiles.
- User-uploaded AI content: If you upload, generate, or post AI-created content (deepfake, text-to-image, etc.), you warrant that (a) it does not depict any real, identifiable person without their explicit written consent; and (b) it does not depict, simulate, or reference minors under any circumstance. No AI content showing minors is permitted, period.
- Realistic AI: AI content of adult subjects must be clearly labeled or identifiable as AI. If a realistic AI image or video could plausibly be mistaken for a real person, it must include clear notice (e.g., "AI-generated," watermark, or metadata disclosure).
Enforcement and suspension
- Warning: First violation may result in a warning and content removal.
- Temporary suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in a temporary account suspension (24 hours to 30 days).
- Permanent termination: Serious violations (especially zero-tolerance categories), repeated violations after suspension, or patterns of abuse result in account termination and permanent ban from Ollage. Repeat DMCA infringers are terminated per the 48-hour DMCA workflow.
- Authority cooperation: Ollage, LLC may preserve evidence and share information with law enforcement, government agencies, platform trust and safety teams, and other parties as required by law or to protect the safety of users.
Reporting and appeals
- Report violations: Every clip has a Report button (reasons: suspected CSAM, NCII, copyright, age doubt, other). Reports enter a tracked moderation queue; urgent categories alert operators immediately. You can also use the content-removal form or contact [email protected].
- Take-it-down requests: If you appear in content without consent, or believe your intellectual property or privacy is violated, use the take-it-down form.
- Appeal a decision: If your content is removed or your account is suspended, you may appeal within 7 days by contacting [email protected]. Provide (a) your account name, (b) the clip ID or specific content, and (c) a clear explanation of why the removal was in error. We will review and respond within 7 days.
